Wine Savvy

Silex- La Chatellenie Sancerre

Silex – La Chatellenie is a pure and sophisticated Sancerre, crafted from vineyards rooted in flinty (“silex”) soils. This terroir imparts a striking minerality that defines the wine’s character. Pale straw in color, it opens with vibrant aromas of citrus, white flowers, and wet stone. On the palate, it is crisp and focused, with a mouthwatering acidity and a lingering, mineral-rich finish.
